What do all these have in common? They are my favorite cereals of ALL time! Post alphabet, Kellogg Frosted Flakes & Capn Crunch (original) with 1%milk takes me back to being 10years old again. Mind you, I do eat Raisin Bran & Cheerios & I get full eating them but they don't take me to happier place. lol Today, I had strawberries, bacon, egg (substitute) with cheese on a croissant, it was yummy & I am really FULL! I had a salad, a fork full of pulled pork meat only, broccoli & a huge salad. I am about to fall over I'm so full! I had a few sips of coffee to wake me up. I feel like I have been eating a McDonald's #13 with a vanilla shake and that's almost 1500 calories right there. I did choose healthier options today but I also indulged in the Red Vines, I know, I know. Don't beat me up too badly, I'm a work in progress.
Well, I did walking & abs and will do Boot Camp, Yoga fusion tonight burning almost 1200+ calories. I'm getting sleepy just thinking about it.
So its Hump Day, my grandson highly recommends it.
