Well no lossas of yet,(sure those doughnut yes I said doughnuts and not one but 3 or 5 of them! I actually lost count qand than 4 pieces of pizza sure didn't help me!) but not giving up
I'm going to fast today (I have to clear out all those carbs I ate yesterday) and work on my exerciseing maybe add another 30 minutes in a day. I have to try something new.
