Maintaining motivation

This past week has been a challenge to maintaining my program, holidays always are, but for Easter we had so many more visitors that even limiting myself to healthy foods I had a lot of trouble to record everything that I was eating and so my food tracking wavered for those days.
I found that regular reference to my collage of motivational/inspirational photos reminded me where I was going. I was surprised at how uplifting these talismen are and how strongly they motivated me to knuckle down and get back to the program. I will be interested to see how I have progressed over this week.

    I Think we would not be human if we did not digress from our course at sometime or another!!.
The secret is, we get back on to our allotted course as soon as possible.
