I hate days like this....

It's raining and general crappy outside and I can't get motivated. When it's like this I seem to have no energy and can't get anything done....very frustrating.

I've always been like this so I know weather makes a difference in my energy levels. So I'm going to try something different. I'm not going to beat myself up for not getting everything done today. Instead, I'm going to try and do what I can and let the rest go.
Will this be easy? Can it be done? Yes. I just have to stop with the irritating perfectionism.

    i guess i'm weird...i love rainy days. my home office is in the front of the house with a double window. i pull the curtains back and sit and watch it rain. i just sit there. i feel so relaxed afterwards and more focused. and all the little things that i need to get done inside i can do with out a problem. on sunny days i can't get anything done. emoticon

    I know how you feel. When it is cloudy with no sun for a few days, I begin to get depressed too. I just feel like I have no energy to do anything. Just do what you can and try to get back on track tomorrow. Good luck.

    As much as I like to think that I'm some sort of uber motivated exercise guru that can overcome all obstacles in a single bow, I'm not. I get impacted by the weather, too - and right now, with the sky gray and the grounds damp and disgusting? I would really just like to curl up in bed, cuddle with my kitten, and go right to sleep.

It's all about what you have got going on in your head, though. I don't think it's a crime to skip the exercise for just one day. Just remember to drink lots of water and then let bygones be bygones!
