How come when I am working out like a maniac I am eating like a maniac?! lol I have just come to that realization that I need to put 1+1 together to get success! When I eat loads of veggies & fruits & combine that with working out, I lose but I win too. Why can't my brain put them together already & stop with INSANITY!! lol
Just venting a little.
Today, I walked, did kickboxing, windmills with arms (100) Quick Fire Challenge & will do weights tonight for about 30minutes & combine eating almost right. lol

Make it happen!
