Same Time. . . .

How come when I am working out like a maniac I am eating like a maniac?! lol I have just come to that realization that I need to put 1+1 together to get success! When I eat loads of veggies & fruits & combine that with working out, I lose but I win too. Why can't my brain put them together already & stop with INSANITY!! lol emoticon emoticon

Just venting a little.

Today, I walked, did kickboxing, windmills with arms (100) Quick Fire Challenge & will do weights tonight for about 30minutes & combine eating almost right. lol emoticon emoticon emoticon Make it happen!

    Me too, I exercise everyday for 2hrs and end up starving and called a close friend of mine and he said I need more carbs to eat. So, I have to remain in my calorie range and eat more carbs. Where there is a will there is a way. I know the feeling of hunger too much also lol. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon we can all do this and finish losing weight.

    I am in the same boat girl, the more I work out the hungrier I am! and not to offend anyone, but now I am pmsing so I have carvings galore! you are doing awesome Dee, you tired me out when I read what you did today! I worked in the garden and it is starting to look awesome!     the key is mama you are working out. that is what really matters. my mother is at this point in her journey - needing to free herself from her restrictive diet and get more into fitness. itsnt this what is should eventuallly become about. if you are doing this at least you are maintaing and this a a HUGE accomplishment so celebrate that misses!

    I was doing the same thing a year ago. I was spending 2 hours a day on my workout activities, then would be starving by the time I returned home. It wasn't until I started tracking my nutrition that while I thought I was eating healthy, I really wasn't and those choices were putting me over on the calorie count. Once I started tracking, I've been making better choices and losing weight!!!

    Hi Dee

I agree with KatMomma, when you work out excessively and your body doesn't have enough carbs for you to burn calories and loose weight, all you are loosing is muscle mass not fat. You have to have enough calories to burn off. Veggies are good but you got to have proteins, fat, and carbs to make it work.

    Very true..the same thing happens to me but I try to pig out on veggies. Most the time after the gym I make a mean veggie str-fry which is out of site!

    I don't understand your dilema. You HAVE to eat more when you work out more. And eat whole foods. That's the ticket.
