Every day I log my nutrition and every day I go over in my fats, I can't seem to get enough of anything else but fat.
I started measuring and limiting my fat intake, but is still stays the same. If I don't eat the "fatty" foods, then I can't get nearly enough calories or carbs in my diet.
I don't want to give up flax oil to keep a pie chart happy.
How do you manage your health and your fats?
