Where is all the fat coming from?

Every day I log my nutrition and every day I go over in my fats, I can't seem to get enough of anything else but fat.

I started measuring and limiting my fat intake, but is still stays the same. If I don't eat the "fatty" foods, then I can't get nearly enough calories or carbs in my diet.

Any pointers?

I don't want to give up flax oil to keep a pie chart happy.

How do you manage your health and your fats?

    You're obsessing with the pie charts...I KNOW that you generally eat healthy. I just wouldn't obsess with the pie charts so much.

    If you tend to eat the foods you find on the perimeter of a store (fruits, veggies, lean meats), you'll find you'll tackle all your dietary needs. I know that I buy a lot of fresh produce and make lots of salads (veggie & fruit). I also tend to eat a lot of fruits during the spring and summer because they're lighter and make you feel less full and gross. Give that a shot the next time you go grocery shopping. The less processed your foods are, the easier it will be to meet your nutrition goals!
