tonight easter dinner.. cheat or not to cheat??

hey all, tonight is my easter dinner at my sisters house..

i am planning on having :
NO alcohol,
NO Stuffing,
a little bit of turkey,
NO gravy
a Salad (hoping she makes one)
a little bit of the veggies (just a spoonful of whatever she has made up..)
(my sister is cooking and i know it will be yummy)
AND.......
NO DESSERT!!!

lets see if i can keep to this plan for tonight!! :)
i am down to 194.8 i am sooo close to the challenge end of 25lbs to be done by the 22nd, i dont want to ruin any chances of making that and then having to clean my bf's house
(1 pound not lost equals to 1 day house cleaning his house..)

so yeah...... and when i make the challenge and beat it, he is taking me shopping to get a sexy new outfit and taking me out on the town!

i am sooo close!! and i KNOW i can make it!
i been reading up on this book called "U on a diet" it is pretty good, has all the scientific stuff about inside your body and why it reacts this way and that way to this and that.. with little cartoon graphics to make it dummy proof and fun.. :) (iv read it before) but now that im soo close to my goal.. (about 25 more lbs to go to make it to 170..) i wnat to be ready for maintaining the weight and not gaining back, and then bring in excersize into my life, and hiking and all that jazz.. :)

i also got two other books (15 minute abb workout and a 15 minue cardio workout) that i can just do myself with no machines or weights.. i just use my body.. :)
so seems pretty gool.. (they were 25% off) lol

so im doing my reading and just getting my self ready for when i get off.. but i kinda really like the no bread thing.. im not missing it at all!! and not really the sugars either.. i know ill have some here and there... and expecially have our Krause Berry Farms mile high berry pie! OMG sooo yummy! but that will be when i am done my maintaining and bringing back sugar and breads back into my lifestyle slowly and sparcly.. :)

i gotta say that i LOOOOOOVE salads and soups.. :) and any of the starches that i ambringin back will be in chillies and soups and salads.. im not craving breads at all.. (wich is awesome because of where i work.. soo yummy breads here and cookies.. and WOW i havnt had a cookie for like a month now! WOOHOO for me!

ok enough talking for now, im on my lunch i better be getting back to my coffee.. lol
