i am ready.
fast track goals:
1. prepare healthy lunch every day
2. eat breakfast every day
3. focus on positive, reaffirming thoughts (not the scale)
how i'll get there:
1. planned dinner and have the pantry loaded for the week
2. cleaned up the kitchen and found more things in boxes
3. talked with my honey about supporting me
4. joined the local, convenient gym
how i'll make it happen:
1. write down my fast track goals
2. write down 3 things every day that i did well, and that i can do even better tomorrow
3. plan times to go to the gym
4. cook the meals i've planned
this week's reward: bubble bath!
28 day reward: new jeans and a purse :)
