My Big undate

Monday, April 05, 2010

Hello Sp,
First I want to start off saying that I'm sorry about not being on here like I should. Since the last time that I was active on sp I had gain most of what i had lost back. I ended up in the hospital twice last year, 4 day in Oct. and 4 days in Nov. When I return home I weigh 469 as of today 4-5-10 I'm 410. Thank You Jesus. I'm still trying to start my business. I do candy wrapping, baby and wedding newspapers and other favors, also bath & body products. I plan on sending out samples to different companies hopefully this week. I need to be busy so I won't get down and eat all the candy up and yes I have done that a few times. Right now my daughter takes my products to the companies that I make samples for because I don't feel that I'm ready for the business world to see me at this time in my life. I'm praying that when I lose more I feel better about being that. Well thats all for now.

Congratulations on your successful weight loss thus far!! emoticon emoticon
When I was so big it affected my comfort and caused me to have back pain everyday, I started selling Avon products. You might want to look into it. You can make as much money as you want to if you have the time to put into it. Go on line or call your local Avon training center for the complete details. I still have a dependable custormer base and I enjoy it very much.
Have a beautiful/successful day in your weight loss journey. emoticon emoticon

maybe the candy business isn't quite the right business to get into at this point in your life. I know it would be way to much of a temptation for me. I can't even have sweets in my own home. I don't even bake anymore because I will end up eating all the sweet dough. I just can't resist. It is like a newly sober alcoholic going to work at a bar. Just something to think about especially if you have given into the temptation before.

Maybe you can think of other things besides candy to sell. Also consider this. If it isn't good for you, then it isn't good for anybody else either. Why go into a business that contributes to obesity and unhealthy eating habits.

I can remember one Christmas I spent days making baskets of all sorts of sweet treats to distribute to my neighbors. Chocolate covered this and cookies and the like. When I started giving out the packages, I came to the door of one of my neighbors and remembered she was overweight and had related health problems. I gave her the package but then realized I was actually contributing to her problems. I felt bad afterwards and decided not to make treats anymore for Christmas presents. Not only that but I managed to eat my good share of the treats myself and I have weight problems also.

What if you tried to sell something that would make some sort of positive difference. I don't know what but I bet you have a creative mind and entrerpeneural spirit. I mean to start your own business is pretty brave. I have never really had the guts to do something like that.

Anyway, good luck! and hope you have a great day!
