Congratulations for having the courage to start! I just started a week ago and have been logging my food everyday and drinking 8 glasses of water a day (one of my goals). You can do this! I JUST finished my vision board and it was amazing to do. I have it right in the living room under the TV so I can see it everytime I sit at my couch.
