Managed a holiday dinner with family pretty well!

I had a wonderful day! I started out with a light breakfast and 1/2 sandwich for lunch. Then some ice water and a book on my sisters sunny deck. When it came time for dinner, I actually enjoyed my meal without overindulging and then volunteered for all the cleanup which got me moving again. My calorie count for the day was at the high end of normal with my fat grams just a tad high. I actually had a couple of light cocktails for the first time in a long time! I love my new "lifestyle" and do not feel deprived at all. I am finally eating healthy and allowing room for things I want in moderation. I am very aware of what I eat instead of mindless eating. Life is good!
