I went to the Dr Friday - which happened to be my birthday and I got the best present ever!

My heart is in perfect condition! Woohoo! Thank you Lord!

Dr still has no clue why my blood pressure has plunged a few times. At this point, I am holding on to "coming to an end of a season". I am standing in faith counting my thorns.

God is so very good! Do you realize how resilient he made our bodies? It takes a lot to kill our bodies. Yes, there are those of us who are weak in the body, but I do believe that God has made a way to get stronger and healthier. I am on my way.

So I am another year older and wiser. I am thankful for spark and my sparkfriends. I embrace learning more healthy habits to explore and experience.
