So...a blustery day outside and have decided to review SPARK and the activities that I can undertake. I have read lots of blogs but never written my own so this will be my trial run. Today, I added a lot of foods to My Nutrition - took a bit of time but is well worth it! Now I have a lot of the foods that I regularly eat listed in my Favorites so is making it far easier to track my meals. I had not been making good use of the Nutrition Tracker until now ( had been entering meals in my paper food journal but this is so much better!!
It has taken me awhile but I now feel comfortable posting to the boards about myself.....sharing personal thoughts with others has always been hard but this is opening up a whole new path for me.
