Aloe, Food and Cholesterol

Just a real short one today.
On March 3 or so, I had a high cholesterol level of 250. Granted, 51 were were HDL the happy kind, but still.
So I learned to eat for lowering cholesterol, which told me I could drop my points by 25 realistically, and I started drinking aloe juice.
Today I took my cholesterol level (and it was not completely fasting, I had already had my coffee and cream) and it was at 209. That means I have dropped 41 points in exactly one month. And that is AWEsome, I think. Along with that I dropped 7 pounds total, more than I have lost in one month for a long time.
I see that as an accomplishment. And my blood sugar was 130 10 minutes after eating two mini snickers bars and a bowl of oatmeal as well as a mango. So I definitely do not have diabetes, which makes me happy, because my grandmother had it and I was told that heart disease and diabetes like to skip a generation.
