Week 10

So I'm still losing weight. That plateau is history now. Today I weighed in at 124.8! That's 1.7 pounds this week. I have lost 18.2 pounds in 10 weeks! It's hard to believe I was carrying around that much extra weight and still need to lose some. But I have less than 10 pounds to reach my goal weight! Right now it seems like I might want to go down to 110 pounds. I don't think I really look like I lost 18 pounds. The only people who know that I lost weight are the ones I told! No one has noticed. Not even the fact that my pants are at least 2 sizes too big and falling off gives them a hint.

Sadly, I have started Spring Break and I had a mini goal to weigh 120 by then but that plateau got me off track. I was about 5 pounds off. But on a brighter note, I did earn myself a reward today. At 125 I wanted to buy myself a new workout outfit. I tried some on but didn't buy one yet. I wear mainly smalls! Sometimes mediums at the top. And sometimes even extra smalls! It feels great to be able to fit into extra smalls! I'd never dreamed that.
