About 2 years ago I was on track with my eating and working out. I lost 18 pds and was in the best shape I had been in for a really long time. I had a daily routine that fit into my busy lifestyle and I loved every minute of it. About 4 months into it I started a new job. This was a life changing event for me since I had been at the same job for 10 years. The move was for positive reasons but I had to work more, longer hours. It just did not fit into my new work life, so I gave up on it. Since the beginning of the year I have been trying to figure out get back into that zone I was in.
I was off yesterday and have a lot to do today but I still hit the gym! I am not doing as well on my eating as I have in the past, but I am making progress in that area as well. I truly hope this is the beginning of my journey back to the zone and to a healthy lifestyle!
