So I had a rough week. I have finally made the connection between being tired and not staying on track. I work second shift and had been kept up half the night with a sick child. Of course I still need to get up at the normal time in the morning regardless and from there it happens... I grab my coffee, breakfast is ok, force myself to the gym and then come home and crash! After sleeping the day away I notice that my routine is messed up and I am too tired to track my food or make any wise decisions. Three days of that scenario last week. Hoping the weekend goes well and looking forward to Monday.
