Yesterday was a rough day!!

I had such a rough day yesterday. I ate everything I could get my hands on. I was full to the brim and still kept eating. I had been doing so well this last week, and just lost it all on yesterday.

How do I recover from yesterday? Do I just get back on the horse today and keep riding? What if I have another day like that? What do I do then?

I was already kind of bummed when I only lost 1.8lbs this week. Now I probably won't anything when I weigh in on Monday.

What to do next?? Big question for me.... I think I try a little harder today, that's what I will do!!

    So you overate, now get back on the horse and start counting calories. What you need to do now is analize why you overate. Was it disappointment that you didn't lose weight this week, was it a emotional issue that you didn't have control over? Get a journal or a pad of paper and write down your feelings when you are feeling the urge to eat. If you aren'nt hungry then your eating to mask your feelings. Find out why and you can continue successfully on your weight-loss journey.

    Forget yesterday, and chalk it up to a goof. Start fresh today. Keeping looking forward, toward your goal. You can do it!
