I had such a rough day yesterday. I ate everything I could get my hands on. I was full to the brim and still kept eating. I had been doing so well this last week, and just lost it all on yesterday.
How do I recover from yesterday? Do I just get back on the horse today and keep riding? What if I have another day like that? What do I do then?
I was already kind of bummed when I only lost 1.8lbs this week. Now I probably won't anything when I weigh in on Monday.
What to do next?? Big question for me.... I think I try a little harder today, that's what I will do!!
