Hello all, I was a little nervous when I did this video. But I'll get better, so please bare with me. When I said the turkey lunch meat wasn't good for me I meant for breakfast, LOL

    Hi! Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog! I watched your first video blog and wanted to wish you best wishes on your journey! I lost 35 lbs, was down to 205. Then all of the sudden jumped back up to 232! So Im working my way back down AGAIN! It is a constant battle. You mentioned the citrus drop. I was like that with Big Red. I have gave them up except for one every now and then. I couldnt figure out why I wasnt eating that much but couldnt lose weight. It was because I was getting over my daily calories in Big Red. So I started limiting myself to 3 a day, then 2, then 1 and now its every now and then. That was one I started losing. So that would be one of your best bets to work on is lowering your intake on the citrus drops. Dont make them a NO food, just make them a everynow and then food. My birthday is in Feburary also. What day is yours?

    Congratulations! Good for you on your first video blog. The best way to make a fresh start is acceptance, and you've done this! Now you have to stick to your weekly blogging (I'll be looking for it).

As for the drink you're addicted to (I'm from Canada, I don't think we have that here), why not share the cost with someone else who likes it, then only take HALF the case home with you. That will make a HUGE difference. I know that some of my friends, just by eliminating pop, have seen a big difference in their progress.

As for protein in the morning, do you like yogurt? I'd rather see that or an egg, as opposed to the lunch meat. Sodium is a killer. If you haven't read labels, have a look. Most are easily 480 mg plus, and most people have a maximum daily allowance of 2400 mg (you will use this up with healthier choices so don't blow it on the processed meats). We all know that high levels of sodium can lead to retaining fluid which leads to gains, even if you've had a great week otherwise.

Hoping your wife can join you in this journey. Having positive support at home makes a huge difference. My father has never understood why my mother and I love TOPS so much. He laughs and calls it the "fat farm". It used to hurt our feelings but now we are using it as a springboard to our success. We'll show him!!!

P.S. Try adding flavor to your water. I like Crystal Lite. In moderation, it's not bad.

    Greetings!

Welcome back to SP. Water is tough. maybe try working up to the 64 oz. start with 16. When that becomes a habit try 24-32. Move up slowly to the 64. I dunno.
