It feels good to have some change

Well I've lost 3.3 pounds this week :) and I've never felt better about myself! Of course I didn't see that much change in the mirror, but it's only been 1 week so this is good actually!

This week I want to lose 2 pounds more, and I want to see the scale stopping on 60 kg (it's 60.5 now), since I've lost some good pounds this week, I want to take it slowly!

So my next goal is to get transferred to the 2nd stage in sparkpeople, with a weight equals to 60 kg.

  People are different. I lose inches first and then pounds. Just keep on eating healthy and exercising and it will eventually come off. Best wishes!
