Whew. It has been a busy day. And I still have a lot to do.
Had a nice lunch with my sweetie. We picked up some dvd's for the weekend. Then off to the grocery store. Got a lot of sales items.Bill got some from our local Publix that had a shooting this week.Very sad.
Now my refridge is bursting at the seams.I have 6 packs of meat I have to weigh rewrap and get in freezer. And I have to do it tonight because I need to get the leg of lamb out of freezer and I have no room. Got a lot of extra veggies too as some of it was too cheap to not get.
And on top of that I have to make my meds up which takes a long time. Oh well Bill just got out the card table for me. I will get him to help with meds.
Bad news is Bill's van has broke down again. We just put big bucks in it a couple of weeks ago and it looks like transmission is gone. Not cheap to fix.Oh well SH-T happens.
I do have some good news that is both good and bad. My son called to tell me we have another grandbaby on the way. This will be #12. It is due around Thanksgiving. A baby is always a blessing but this is last thing they need. I congratulated him but I am somewhat worried.
I got my exercises done this morning before Bill got home from bowling. And the scale is moving down. I still have problems with fluid but I have not had to take extra diuretics in over a week.
I have also done much better with night eating too.
I still haven't done my plants. Brianna is coming on tuesday to spend the night and she said she would help me get it done.I told Bill he owes her as now he doesn't have to do it. emoticon
Ok I have to go.I still have a lot to do. Have a great night.Talk to you tomorrow

Congratulations on the new baby. God is in charge and he must have plans for this little one.

Sounds like you had a very good day. I am not wild about Lamb - probably because I really don't know how to cook it.

Have a JOYous Easter, my friend.

Congratulations to your son and his wife on the baby and being a grandma for the 12th time! What a wonderful time to have a baby.

You are doing awesome with your eating, and happy to hear that the scale is moving down, and that you haven't had to use any of your water pills in over a week.

Leg of lamb? Yum!! Can I come to your house for Easter dinner? lol...lamb is a rare treat for me.

    Have a beautiful day!!

Way to go with the night eating!!! I hope the scale shows your hard work tomorrow.

I don't believe I've ever had lamb either. Well, that's not entirely true. I've had a lamb cake before but I don't think that counts. I wouldn't know how to cook it and if I would even eat it. This year for Easter we're doing something different for dinner. We're having steak on the grill, potatoes (either mashed or baked), and a veggie.

We went grocery shopping tonight as well. It was a madhouse because of the holiday weekend. One of my biggest pet peeves it people stopping in the middle of an aisle and nobody can get around them. Tonight people were testing my patience. Even Jason was stopping in the middle of aisles. We got out of the store and I wasn't too aggravated. After putting groceries away went to Super Wal-Mart to try and finish our Easter shopping. We have 3 more stores to hit tomorrow.

Congrats on the new grandbaby due in November!! Things always have a way of working out. I'm living proof of that.

It's so nice of Brianna to help out. She's a doll.

congrats on the movement of the scale!!! Also on the night eating. I know that is hard when you just can't go to bed and sleep. Also on the grandbaby, also on all those good sales, even though they are causing more work for you. emoticon My goodness - it looks like you had a very good day. I don't think I have ever had a leg of lamb. Lamb chops a long time ago but never a leg.
