Welcome to SparkPeople! OMG college food is really tough to deal with from a health perspective. Congrats on your progress so far!
Good job on the water. It definitely keeps you hydrated. I usually have the 64oz done by 10:00 am. Drink the stuff throughout the day.
I have a set of free weights that I have at home for when going to the gym is not an option or convenient. It's an investment that I'm glad I made. Bicepts and shoulders are easy to do with just freeweights.
Good luck to you but one thing you need more calories. You need more than 12,000 calories or you will put your body into starvation mood and you won't lose weight that way. All the best, you can do this.
Sounds like you're doing all the right things, except you need to eat a little more then what you just mentioned. Remember eating too little can slow down your metabolism.
I have a horrible bad habit of wanting to munch on things when I am working at the computer and I have been able to keep the fat and calories down by eating fat free rice cakes, it gives me the crunch and taste satisfaction.
I've been on SparkPeople for about three weeks and so far I think it's helped me so much to stay focused.
Good luck and I'll be checking in for inspiration.

Good luck. I only started 6 days ago and weighed in at two hundred and sixteen pounds. Think positive and stick with Sparkpeople. We can motivate each other.
