Stats After Push Phase and My Lean Phase First Week...

Here are my results after 60 days doing ChaLean Extreme.
Body Fat % - 29 (within ideal range for age and weight...total loss of 4% since day 1)
Chest - 35.5 inches (total loss of 2.5in since day 1)
Upper arms - 12 (no loss..guess my biceps are keeping it stable)
Waist - 34 inches (total loss of 2.75 in since day 1)
Hips - 41.25 (1.25 in since day 1)
Abductors - 40.25 (.75in since day 1)
Thighs - 22.5 (.75in since day 1)
Calfs - 15 (1 inch since day 1)
Weight - 174 ( 8lbs loss since day 1)
Blood Pressure/heart rate - 116/76, 52 resting heart rate
I've lost a total of 8 inches and 8lbs since starting ChaLean Extreme on Feb 1st...wooow!
On Wednesday (Mar 31st), I just worked out to LC2 or better yet it worked meeeee. This was a tough strength circuit. I had to lower my number of reps and on a few exercises I had to decrease my weights to keep good form. At this rate, I expect to see results at the end of this 30 day phase for sure.
The next day I did the BURN INTERVALS (INTENSE cardio w/strength...a circuit training workout) and I had more endurance than expected. I did skip out on those sumo burpees and did a "grapevine" kind of cardio step instead. This was a great butt sweating and nasty nose workout...LOL
Today, I did Lean Circuit 3 and it was tough but not like LC2. There was an exercise called "army crawl"...lol...you are in a LOW plank position upon the elbows and you alternate bringing the left knee and right knee forward...woah mama....LOL!
This Lean Phase works the core in every exercise that there really is no reason to do additional ab work unless you want to...JMO!
How do I feel about this first week of the Lean Phase? It's still a love/hate relationship...LOL!
