Easter Blues - Day 18 challenge

We all know that for a chocoholic on a diet, Easter Weekend is usually rough.
And I know all the tricks (Alba 77 Chocolate Fudge Shake, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder with Splenda in skim milk, Cranfelds Diet Chocolate Soda with A little skim milk = Diet Egg Cream). But on Easter, the inner child wants something special.

Maestro .... Hit it!

So... for you fellow Chocoholics, I refer you to the Dr Oz show where he posted a recipe for Triple Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies. They're made with Cannellini Beans, no flour, have 45 calories, and 1.4 g fat. I am dying to try these.

    I saw that Dr. Oz show. The other guest sampling the cookies and Dr. Oz were skeptical and then quite impressed with the taste. I forgot to look up the recipe. Thanks for the reminder, I am going to make these later today, will let you know how they come out.
Have you seen any other recipes from "Now Eat This!" ?

    Absolutely! My kids got whole chocolate Easter bunnies.It's a dead giveaway that Mom has been filching if Peter Cottontail is missing an ear! New strategies every day!

  From a fellow chocoholic, I feel your pain. I heard my husband going through cupboards the other night and asked him what he was looking for. He craves chocolate worse than I do and was about to open a Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip cookie packet to get at the chocolate chips!!! I haven't hit that level yet.....
Let me know how you like the Dr. Oz recipe. emoticon

    I love chocolate too and indulge in a small piece of low sugar dark chocolate every day. Portion control. lol.

    Yeah. yeaterday, i was thinking on how to add chocolate on my food tracker- as a main meal?Today, i contemplated my long term goals and for the minute, I'm O.K. Good luck to you!
