The beginning of a new month. Two more pounds and I will have lost 10 pounds. I am sure I will do that before May 1st. Want to give myself a reward when I loose my first ten but what shall I do??? So many possiblilities.
I bought myself a pair of New Balance shoes this week. What a difference! My old joggers were worn down and worn out! Question? How come we let ourselves get into such unhealthy conditions? It is just like my old shoes. We wear them because they are broke in and comfortable. Then we wear them past the comfort zone until they hurt so bad we must get new ones.
Once we get new ones we wonder why we didn't do it sooner. Just like working on our health. We wait until we are run down and now SP helps us back on track.
