Oh spark, how I've missed you. I've been at it on here for 4 days now and I am remembering why I loved it so much last year.
I did pretty darn good without you but I think I need your help again. Last January I was at 163lbs by march I was down to 154! I am back up to 159 and ready to lose those pesky 5-10lbs again before summer.
track my Calories (1200-1400/day)
track my exercise (running / ab work / will add strength training soon!)
Monday I ran/walked 2 miles
Tuesday I ran/walked 2 miles
Wednesday I walked 1 mile
Thursday I ran/walked 2 miles
Friday I will run/walk 2 miles
Saturday hiking with my wonderful husband!
Next week I'm going to kick the running into high gear. I should be up to 3 miles by next Friday (running more than walking!)
