I have gotten pretty comfortable with my Sparkpeople routine and I just love the food tracker and the fitness tracker but it wasn't until I was just roaming around today that I found the 10 minute videos that I can play on my computer. I was so excited! I can do these in my office (I just did--closed the door and did the 10 minute kickboxing workout!) That was so great. What a wonderful resource and to think it has been here all along (If it wouldn't have been for my job 4 years ago I probably wouldn't know how to get on the computer at all).
