This is not a april's fool either, I need to get back on track, I will sleep better using positive reinforcement, I will go down in size and loss this weight. I will return to my measurements of a year ago and get this back under control. I have no one that can do this but me. I have got my eating pretty much under control, if I am mindful and eat slowly I know I'm getting full and can stop. I will make healthier choices and continue to do so. I will walk and move more, it's pretty insane how I've let this slide. New month new me.
