Roaring Into The 1st Week of April Goals~Blog 2 Of The Day

As I mentioned in my blog earlier, I am going to break things up into weekly goals as I think that will work better for me. However, I did come up with some longterm/shortterm goals after listening to my Chalean motivational cd. So I thought I'd share those here as well.

LONG TERM GOALS
1.Lose 120lbs by September 25, 2011 (my Mom's bday).
2.Be working in a new field by Summer/End of Summer 2011.

SHORT TERM GOALS
1.Talk with God daily & on a regular basis.
2.Exercise 5-7 days a week.
3.Research career ideas & inquire to HR about tuition reimbursement by 4/13/10.
4.Start attending church regularly or look for a new local church-this is a tough one as I like the church I am a member of. I commute to work everyday about 45-60 minutes one way. I would like to find a church that is closer or at least that had Saturday services. I need to see if my church is considering changing this. I grew up Catholic and converted to Methodist. I do know that there are some Methodist churches that offer Saturday services. So we shall see about this. The goal is for me to get back into attending church and finding a church I like!

Now the measurements today were done the Chalean way and not the way I did them in the past for Spark. That's why there are some discrepancies between February and now. Also, the abductors are a slightly different area than what I had DH measure last month. It was what I referred to as "butt". Anyway, it is what it is. I am quite pleased with my thigh #'s especially after seeing my thighs in a mirror this morning.

I am ready to spring into April, one week at a time. I will not put excess pressure on myself. I will list my goals weekly and I am hoping this will make all this difference in my outcome for the end of next month. I'm going to make the most of this first week and give it all I've got. I am worth the effort and I will show that effort to the fat that's trying to hang onto my body. Deep inside of me, there's a fitter, healthier me screaming to get out and where skinny cute clothes.
