I loaded this vlog to YouTube so I thought I would share it here. I think I'm going to be using my YouTube video a lot more so in the instance the vlog is 100% weight loss related, I may just load it here to replace my daily vlog :)

    LOVE IT!!!! You really spoke words of truth...Like you I have always thought I would have to fix 2 meals in order for me to diet...but once I started really looking into nutritional values of the food we eat...it really didn't take long to realize my whole family would benefit from better meals. I only wish they were taking to it as well as yours. My 9 year old is all for the more healthy food...but from most of the family I have only been told that THEY are NOT the ones on a diet...why do they have to eat different. BUT, I'm not giving in...I will keep trying to fix healthier meals and hopefully they will open their eyes. I really appreciate your VLOG! I look forward to seeing more!

    Wow! It's so awesome to see you talking and moving through video! You're so eloquent, and you come across as such a KIND person (not that that doesn't come across in your blogs, you just exude it in your vlog!).

I think it's wonderful that your family wanted to join in on your healthy eating habits. Don't beat yourself up about using excuses. We all do it. Mine was, "I'm too busy to make my own dinners and go grocery shopping." Looking back, it feels ridiculous to think that I used that as an excuse. How much time did I waste driving to and from restaurants? How much time did I waste just deciding what and where to eat? I didn't save myself any time by eating out all the time, and it was bad for my body. I am SO glad that you are learning about your excuses and learning new ways to cook your old favorite foods. I actually love healthy food. It tastes better and you feel so much better eating it!!!

Here was my fav part, "And then when I see them again they're like 'Oh wow!'" Your facial expression in that moment... Hilarious!
