Starting walking program

The walking program is great - started today outside - walked the dog 20 minutes. In addition, have been doing at least 60 minutes of cardio per day for other days in the week. Cardio has included Firm, Tai Bo, and old Kathy Smith videos. Has been fun to go back to the old videos. The walking was much easier than I thought it would be.

    That is so wonderful! I love the firm workouts, you really can feel the burn! Have you tried Leslie Sanone??? Really nice in home walking program. I discovered her this year and been walking with her almost every morning. Good luck and Best wishes~Karo
