So I had for the last 2 weeks worked out every day for 5 days in a row. And while it has only been 2 weeks I found that at day 3/4 I was feeling tired and a bit bogged down. Well I just noticed today the "successful tips" area on the sparks points page and I came across someone who had done the same thing. There suggestion was to have a day break between which I will take.
I'm glad for this new feature...and I was glad that I came across that person's suggestion. Thanks!
