You know, I've done this before.
I dropped 25 pounds doing Weight Watchers three years ago. Then I moved and got a job where there are candy dishes at every turn. I mean, everywhere.
I take very roundabout ways to get where I'm going to try and avoid the sweets. Unfortunately, this means avoiding some of the kindest people in the office, but it has to be done.
Making all my snacks for the week and drinking a ton of water has been helpful. That's what I did last time - I'm trying to do it again.
