You are NOT alone with being a slacker, I have been sparatic as well!! Nick keeps me SO busy and when I DO get a little time to myself, I am on the couch playing farmville, and I need to stop!!!
I have the foods I need, I drink my water, still no booze, and I will begin to kick butt! So if you need any support and you can kick my butt back as well...............

Lets help each other!!! WE CAN DO THIS! We both have kids and it is SO much harder with kids, little ones!! UGH! So please keep in touch and let me know if I can help you and we can help each other.............LOVE the calender idea!!!!

    You have done great so far, you've lost weight and you set your goals, that's a great beginning. April is a continuation of your journey and you can do it.

Having a plan is a great idea. The calendar is also a wonderful idea. My reward once I reach 140 pounds is a pedicure! emoticon

I'm still working on my vision board, and it's slowly getting filled up. I tacked it to my bedroom wall and when I find something I like, I tape it up. One of these days, I will share it on my sparkpage.
