I am often in my office alone after 5 waiting for my ride home. I decided instead of sitting here web surfing that I would put the time to good use walking. I wear my headphones and walk around the office, back and forth, to and fro, around the perimeter of my office and the reception area. I don't know how far it is or how many steps it is. I just walk for 30 minutes, listen to the radio and feel myself getting stronger. Is that crazy?
