Planning to meet my goals

Last night I went to the gym with my sister. She really enjoyed it and wants to go with me again tonight. We worked on strength training our upper bodies and did about 20 minutes of cardio afterwards. Tonight we are going to work on our lower bodies and end with cardio again. It felt so good to be back at the gym, but I feel like I am still missing something. I think that "something" that I feel is missing is a plan.

Here's my gym plan for the week:
~ Monday: Upper Body / Cardio (20-30 min) - DONE!
~ Tuesday: Lower Body / Cardio (C25K - W1D1)
~ Wednesday: Core / Cardio (20-30 min)
~ Thursday: Upper Body / Cardio (C25K - W1D2)
~ Friday: Lower Body / Cardio (20-30 min)
~ Saturday: Core / Cardio (C25K - W1D3)
~ Sunday: Rest
Mini Goal for the week: 64 ounces of water!
~ Monday- 64 ounces - GOAL MET!
~ Tuesday- 32 ounces so far... (2 pm)
My starting weight this week is 254 lbs. I am going to be starting back in to the C25K tonight. I am a little nervous, but I know that I can do it. I just need to fight past the doubt! My mini goal this week is to drink 64 ounces of water each day... something that I haven't done in a long time. I met my goal last night and I am already half of the way to meeting this goal today! I can do it!
