Day 30!

Well, I am on my 30th day of this journey! I have to say I am really proud of myself... I have been very consistent and have not even missed one day of tracking ALL of my food and my exercise. Even on the couple of off days I have had I tracked what I ate. Yesterday I went out to eat with out of town company and I had decided to order something low cal and when I got there totally threw caution to the wind and ate over 1000 calories... I can honestly say that I was ok with that and I am not beating myself up today. I just know I need to get to the gym today and work hard and eat good the rest of the week. I have lost a total of 8 pounds in 30 days and am over halfway to my goal. I know once I reach it I will be setting a new goal because I want to actually weigh a little less than what my goal weight is set at. So here we go... on to 60 days!!
