I admit, I have no one to blame for the backslide but myself. I was at my weight and fitness goal for about a year, and then got complacent, or lazy, or both. I ate more and moved less. Not rocket science. So, as a result, I'm back up to 148 and feel out of shape. Can't do the hikes and long walks I used to do without effort. Time to get back to where I felt my best. I'm starting over with renewed commitment!
