Unrelated to Fitness But...Complaint none the less

As a receptionist... I find a few things frustrating and that is people who call and just say a name. emoticonAt the bare minimum can you please say" I'd like to speak with so and so" or "Can you put me through to so and so" sheesh. Just stating a name is too short..and I don't catch it, especially if you have a bad connection. That way when I hear the start of your sentence I can be ready to listen for a name. Instead of asking you to repeat 2 words over because you said the name too fast for me to catch and nothing else!! That's all I ask..a simple sentence you don't even have to be courteous and say hello.

Just had to get that off my chest.

    I'm surprised that is actually what people do. That seams really rude to me.

I promise not to do that to anyone who answers the phones.

    I also answer phones for my office, and I agree with you 100 percent.
