I know I shouldn't let it get to me, but I'm so tired of this stupid foot! I've gotten the go ahead to start some gentle working out, but 30 minutes on the treadmill and it's swollen again. I hate this extra weight, but I keep hitting the brick wall on trying to exercise. Yes, I know I can do weights and the stability ball, but none of that is aerobic. I bought this expensive treadmill thinking I would be running on it in no time, but I can barely handle 3.0 mph with an incline of 2 for 30 minutes!
On the plus side, I spent all week end cooking and have a refrigerator full of healthy alternatives to my former lazy diet. Am I the only one that thinks its so much easier to hit the drive through than come home from work and cook??? But I've got every night planned and its either quick or its in the crockpot!
Oh well. I'll get there and things sure look better than THIS!
I'm just going to have to learn patience and a bit of perserverance. Overall it was a good weekend so I'll stop complaining now and get ready for a new week.
