Ok, I have a tendency to procrastinate. I began using SP about 3 1/2 months ago and I'm guilty of not yet writing a blog. Iíve been meaning to get it done. Maybe I need to figure out how to incorporate procrastination as a goal. Any suggestions?
Iíve already come to realize several things about myself, but Iíll get to that later. I just started reading the spark and already he hit my problem dead on. I'm not accountable to anyone except myself. And I am more than capable of deceiving myself. That is how I gained so much weight in the first place. I would watch the scale go up, but when I looked in the mirror, turn the right way, I wasn't that big. I felt pictures lied after all, the camera adds pounds.
It wasn't until I was getting out of breath tying my shoes and the scale hit 230 (my all time high) that I knew there were some immediate changes I had to make.
The first thing I did was look for an iPhone app to track how much I eat. There is a lengthy list to choose from. Well free is hard to resist so that narrowed the options. I checked out a few of them and liked that SP could not only track my food but provided daily ranges to meet. Plus track my physical activity and water intake. I had no idea there was a massive support system backing up my phone app. What a bonus!
Now I'm on SP daily. I have learned so much from reading articles and playing trivia. Lol I don't have a great overall score but that is just that much more I need to know. I'm slowing starting to learn how best to navigate the site. My only regret is the limited time that I have to keep up with all of it.
