I weighed in yesterday and hadn't lost any more weight. I've been doing much better with healthy eating but still get off track once in awhile. But today, I measure myself and I actually lost inches!! So I will keep my focus on my goal of becoming a healthy eater and making this my new lifestyle not just a quick loss of weight!

Life is good! emoticon

  Whenever the scale doesn't move, it seems that I lose inches. I'm kind of off track right now. I really need to get going again with exercise. Eating the right things is pretty good except for weekends when husband is around more. He doesn't want to stay home ever it seems and then it is easier to eat out - harder for sure than eating at home.
