Thought I would update everyone on this journey of mine. I did have the procedure last week to insert a screw into the break in my foot to get this done and over with in order to get out of the boot and get on with my life. The procedure was done March 18 and is healing well. I see the doctor again April 1st and am hoping to be released from the boot and into physical therapy.

On the other hand ... my body hates "surgery" "medical procedures", whatever you want to call it. I am heading back to my primary doctor with what is probably a c-diff infection which causes diaherria (I hate that so much I can't even spell it. I am so tired, so dejected and so depressed. I just want to get on with my life. I think of others who have it so much worse than I do, and I try to count my blessings and while that helps, I am just so tired of this. I am staying with my daughter and while she is so wonderful and understanding she needs to get on with her life and I need to get back home.

Please say a prayer for me ...
