Alright, I need everyone's help! It's major crunch time. My husband's home in June sometime and I have got to drop another 30 lbs. NO FAIL! I have got to be under the 200 lb mark before he returns home! I promised myself that and I'm not about to break that promise to myself.
I was doing the math. I automatically burn 2190 calories/day to maintain my body. I then plan on burning 750 calories 6 days per week. So, that is 19,830 calories burned per week.
I plan on consuming 1200 calories, 6 days and give myself a cheat day of 2000 calories. That totals 9200 calories consumed per week.
This is a 10,630 calorie deficit. Divide that by 3500 and that gives me 3.04 lbs burned per week.
Now, for all you safety people out there, I'm not consuming less than 1200 calories/day, I am just burning more calories per day at the gym with my personal trainer and on my own.
I plan on drinking a gallon of water a day, eating a lot of protein, whole grains, vegetables, good fats, etc. I'm gonna allow myself one diet soda per day IF I drink my gallon of water first.
So, does anyone else have any other suggestions for me to help me with my goal? I don't want any comments saying that I can't do this, it's unhealthy, blah, blah, blah. Weighing what I weigh is more unhealthy for me than losing the weight. So, please, all helpful comments are welcomed! Homecoming here I come! God I would love to be in a size 14 dress. Right now I wear an 18 dress! I am sooooo pumped!!!!
