I am so excited not only did I move down one pound yesterday but I am down another today.
I have not felt well and have not been walking my 10,000 steps but I am hoping with the weather being less rainy, I can get others to walk with me. There is also an exercise place that will be opening in Rosevlle.
I am hoping they will allow pay as you go so I do not have to commit to more money than I can afford.
