Today was good. I made good choices and feel good about making it through a whole day staying on track. I have really been struggling lately so I needed to see that I can still do this when I put my mind to it. I printed out my C25K training schedule today and stopped and bought a watch with stopwatch function on my way home from work. So I really don't have any excuse for why I can't start tomorrow. Wish me luck...I need the confidence I know I'll get from starting this program. Good night all!
