No workout

So, I went to my Chiropractor yesterday, and to make a long story short, no exercise of any kind for 2 weeks. Apparently my body is so out of wack, it'll take him that long to get it back to somewhat normal, whatever that is at this point. No wonder why I was hurting. I chalked it up to really pushing myself at the gym.

So, I really need to watch what I eat for the next 2 weeks. This will be my challenge to myself. I can do it. My body will be screaming for some cardio and weight training after it gets fixed.

    Best to listen to your doctor! Ask them about some gentle stretching. You burn a bunch of calories but you'll still reap benefits and feel "productive" emoticon
