Barfoot contessa(foodnetwork)scalloped tomatoes....Its delish! try it...Had it over spinach!

at least 8- 8oz glasses sometimes more.

any.....love them all!!!!! Never met a veggie I ddnt like.

1000 - 1500

lowfat cheese, walnuts, grapes....yougurt and granola

I try to eat something different everyday....make sure it has protien and fiber

here to I vary. I always hve protien, veggies and sometimes a carb....been doing the vegetarian thing lately....

HATE strength training. not very good at it.....boring!

The weekends . I defitely watch what I east more on saturday, but sunday I dont usually log on to spark so I go nuts.....I have to work on this!

I can take a breath and it goes all the way to the bottom of my lungs....... I didnt realize how big of a difference that would be! wow!!!!!!!!!
