well, it's been about a month since i got on here..i am really seeing success with tracking the calories for the day and feel in control of my weight loss for once...it's not like this mysterious/magic thing (weight loss)..it's achievable with calorie monitoring and exercise! I guess it most resembles weight watchers w/ the points system they had..i did well w/ that for a little while but w/i weeks, i was bored w/ the program and embarassed going to weigh in (and doing this during holidays didn't help). for the first time, i don't feel like i'm on a 'diet'...i see that this is truly a lifestyle change and it is totally DO-able!!!
