Day 16 of the P90x Program. You can see in the video, that my face is bright red. This is a killer workout that I don't do justice, but someday I'm going to kick butt when I do this video.

I am a little sore from yesterday, especially in my abs that go under my sternum...yowsah. I love that!!!!

Tomorrow is my birthday, and I am not excited about it. I feel disgusting inside and out, lets add another year onto it....BOOOOO! One a good note, my birthday next year will be something to celebrate because of the changes I am making this year.

Best brithday present ever........I get to workout my arms tomorrow....hurray!

    Ugh! Daisy, I agree! I am not a guitar play by far! lol!!!! I struggle at that one. I feel like i have about 40 lbs in each shoe when i do that one. it sounds like it too when i much for soft landings.....

    I am doing the p90x program too and i love it! Unfortunately, my workout partner hurt her knee so she can't do most of it, but i still sucks though because its her program and we go to her house to do it, so i'm kinda stuck doing the workout she wants/can do. We have been doing it for 4 weeks now and I'm just getting going!!! I love/hate the plyometrics~! its the best workout thus far! Have fun!

    the squat ones is what kills me in plyo...I do so many and then the rest are not really squats air guitars are hard too. I pause before I have to do them just to give myself time to catch my breath and mentally prepare myself. Instead of an hour to do plyo it takes me and hour and a half. You will get better, takes time...but you know that! Have a good day!
